Carrot Salad with Raisins and Argan Oil

This easy and refreshing Moroccan carrot and raisin salad adds a burst of natural sweetness and vibrant color to your table. It’s a delightful blend of grated carrot, juicy raisins, fresh coriander, and parsley, all dressed with a delicate balance of TUYYA™ organic toasted argan oil and wine vinegar.

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Peel and grate the carrot. Soak the raisins in orange juice. Let them marinate before adding to the carrots. Mix in the raisins and coriander seeds.
  2. Drizzle with TUYYA™ organic toasted argan oil and wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Add chopped fresh parsley.
  3. Chill overnight in the fridge, or serve immediately for a lighter version.

Variations:

For added crunch, toss in hazelnuts, almonds, toasted pine nuts, or even toasted soybeans. To enhance the texture and add a pop of color, mix in diced avocado. Pair it with our Moroccan ceramic plates to serve with elegance and authenticity.
