The Moroccan teapot is made to pour from high above the glass, so the tea foams and cools as it falls. Ours are silver-plated, nickel, stainless steel or ceramic, many of them hand-finished in Fès and plated in Casablanca — with legs, so they can stand on the coals, or without, for the table.
